Our Automatic OptOut feature allows your business to manage Opt Out responses in a number of ways. You have the option to

• Generate a new CSV file of your sms list minus the OptOuts
• Generate a CSV file of OptOuts
• Remove the OptOuts from your Group/Contacts list on BulkSMS
